“I wanted to make a “Range Case” for my wife to be able to carry her pistol and necessary items with her to the shooting range. I learned about Shadow Foam and ordered the Starter Kit in purple. The purple is bright. Very nice. If you’re thinking about doing a project, do it! Watch some of Jonathan videos and get some tips. I am not the best do it yourself’er but the Shadow Foam does make something common look custom with just a little time and planning.”

“I've been looking forward to receiving the foam and actually being able to see firsthand the quality of it. However, I have yet to receive the foam since its being held by customs for 5 days now and I have yet to receive an update on the status of the shipment.”

“Much as I love visiting friends or family, I have, through sobering experience had to accept that their glassware is too often, not up to it. Since advances in technology mean I no longer have to travel with large lenses or daft recording equipment, there are some small flight cases gathering dust in the garage. It was the work of a moment to cut some Shadow Foam to accommodate my Libbey 8876 "North by Northwest" glasses and now I am the fully equipped Gentleman at Large.”

“I was recommended this product for all my Tormek sharpening jigs. I ordered some and it came super fast so I cracked on lining the drawers . Wow it was so easy and my drawers are now so organised.. Will I get some more? Damn right I will. I highly recommend Shadowfoam if you want to keep your tools neat and tidy and cheaply.”

You can check the live status of your delivery using that, and it looks to be ahead of schedule for reaching you, but obviously it does take a short time to import from the UK to the USA. “The videos combined with a superior foam and the right tools equals a successful / fun project. Ordering was straightforward, simple and quick. Shaped almost immediately and arrived in a timely manner. (U.S. customer) I’m doing Milwaukee pack out projects and the fit is spot on perfect. The foam seems more consistent in density, which makes the “plucking” process less frustrating and the depth easier to maintain. Highly recommend.”

“My first shadow foam... It was cut to the exact size I needed ... I watched some of there YouTube videos and found the foam easy to handle and cut. I have plans for the cellar which will benefit from a bit of shadow foam in the future.. So I will be buying more in the future.”

“I've used the foam to build my own camera Inlay for my Backpack. Because I needed to pack so much into such little space, I was worried it might not be sturdy enough, but after using it a few times now, I'm really happy with the way it holds and doesn't rip. I had a few problems cutting, mainly because my items are so deep, that I had a hard time getting the cuts vertical, but it ended up good enough. Also because of the depth of the items, making paper templates first worked best for me. I went for two 50mm Pieces on top of each other, to get 100mm. The Camera and Lens Cutout at the top are left exposed for quick access. Overall, I'm really happy with the Sturdiness of the foam, and especially that it doesn't rip. As for the cutting. the first Scalpel I ordered didn't work great, but after finding one like they include in their cutting kit, it worked quite well. The peeling wasn't as smooth as I envisioned and left quite the uneven Bottom, but with the scalpel I could remove the most uneven parts. If its because of the Structural Integrity of the Foam I'll definitly take that over a better peel, but otherwise, that would be the only complaint I have.”
