“An interesting solution, great service when ordering direct from the company and cheaper than their Amazon store. Good free delivery for smaller orders. The foam I wanted is cut to fit only the latest Bosch/Sortimo L-boxx models. Also, stock of some combinations was limited.”

“Looks great, was delivered really quickly. However whilst cutting the outline was fairly easy to do, peeling out the bit to create the space was not what I expected. I thought each layer would come out reasonably easily but this was not the case, meaning it was quite tricky to finish with an even level in each created space. That being said that might be my misunderstanding, the finished result looks good when the items are in place just not so good when they are removed.”

“Great product. I'd like to see some of the insert designs kept more up to date (for example Festool's latest systainers have a slightly different design and the current inserts supplied need tweaking to fit properly). Also, I'm not sure if stock ages, but it has been difficult to pull away neat depth layers on some batches of inserts, better on others. Generally however, excellent stuff! Service always superb too.”

“I have bought the full sheet before the latest buy and loved It. But the latest that is cut out for the boxes i've got (bosch) that is genius. my only problem is that i'm placed in Denmark so i'm worried about the cost for sipping to Denmark”

“The foam arrive really quickly with no issue. The quality seems pretty nice. There is one small issue which is that the layers don not seem super flat so when you pull out large pieces the base seems a bit wavey.”

“Hi The order was send to me. but due to Brexit it took longer then normal. but despite the delay the communication was good. the many video's on youtube how to cut the foam are great. in the beginning it is a little search to cut out the tools, after i while you get the hang of it. the foam itself is a good quality.”

“You have to be aware that placing all items on the plate as well cutting the cut-outs to the proper depth resembles a 3-D-puzzle. So I really appreciated the advice in one of the how-to-videos: measure twice, cut once. Actually the videos were of great help. Look at them until you fully understand the point. Only then start your own exercise. However, I am so content with the outcome. Perhaps not perfect, but much more professional that the foam material I was using before.”

“My order was delivered with a mesurement reversed, (easy mistake to make) Shadow Foam replyed 1st thing the next morning with an apology and sent the next day - second order fine. Great customer service can't fault it - pleased customer.”
