“Very good quality products, wish the easy peal was a bit easier to peal but still a good product! The website is a bit hard to use though if I had any complaints! Service is second to none though!”

“4/5 would buy again :-D I was on the search for a convenient solution to upgrade my bike-toolbox for quite some time and luckily found Shadowfoam as one of very few suppliers of that kind of material in Europe. It is really great to work with and with some training you are able to fit your tools perfectly and they keep sticking even if your turn the box upside down. Make sure you got lots of Blades for cutting because the Foam wears them down quite fast. Only downside so far is that the foam plates bend up on the outer rim after laying around for some time. I guess if they are in a box or drawer its fine. Also it is quite hard to have nice even cutouts when there is more surface to cover. One thing i would highly recommend if you have to take out the layers with tools (on a regular bases) is to backplate them with pvc or similar rigid plates.”

“In the picture the top layer is not as pouris looks like a seperate style of material on top. But what I recieved is very pouris looks like foam was painted”

“The buying process was great but the shopping took longer than expected and I wanted/needed it to go to a different address to the billing. It got sent to my address which caused a problem as I wasnt in. Even though in big type letters the address it should have gone to was on the parcel it was still delivered to the wrong place.”

“I am very happy with the product. it does the job great and the quality is top notch. When i placed my order there was no indication that it was not in stock and placed on back order for nearly 3 weeks, i feel that i should have been informed about this better, and kept up to date. The only way i found information was because i chased it. Felt the customer service could have been a little 'preemptive' .. otherwise, very happy customer :)”

“I've ordered some foam sheets to use in my homemade wooden toolbox. The first delivery wasn't as good as I expected. However, after my review where I exposed the issues I had, I was contacted by the Shadow Foam team. They wanted to know what happened with my order and they were available to refund me or sent a new order. I prefered to get a new order and it was a good choice :) With this second delivery, I received a top-quality product well packaged. And now I'm ready to proceed with my project. Very happy with their customer service and with their product. I really recommend Shadow Foam. The only not so good aspect is the price. I think the product is a bit overpriced, but it has to be with how specific it is.”

“Nice product , easy to work with the right tools Do yourself a favour and discard the included scalpel and buy a Olfa ARSAB and this cutter will last longer than the supplied scalpels”

“I ordered the 50mm easy peel foam, turned up quickly even over Christmas. Only issue iv had is the foam isn't flat and as a result some of the sides aren't straight. This didn't matter to much to me as I was trimming the sheets anyway but will possibly be an issue in future projects.”

“Custom cut pieces can take 5 working days or more before despatch. Full sheets despatched same day for next day delivery. Product cuts easily with a scalpel (supplied) or a hot wire cutter (supplied on larger orders) I found it cuts nicely on my bandsaw with a 1/4" x 4tpi blade, only issue id having to cut from the outside to make internal cutouts and glueing the access cut closed once complete. Using a band saw gives a clean vertical cut (I am working with 50mm thk foam through cut). All in all, good company to deal with and a very good product.”

“Nice product. It took me a few tries to get the hang of 'peeling' the foam, although this may be because I am cutting out very small sections at the moment, but otherwise it cuts very easily and has created a nice fit and display for my models.”

“great product! the sheets were cut perfectly and fit right into the drawer that i measured it for. cutting it with the supplied tools is easy. the price to pay is a little steep, especially this shipping, but a very nice product.”
