“Well, to be honest: I stumbled weeks ago on YouTube over your chanel. I started to watch from the oldest to the newest video and after a while I though to myself: Why don't you get your CHAOS in order? The next day I place the order for the 30 and 50mm MAKITA inlays. They arrived a week and a half later here in Germany. Meanwhile I got in touch with your Support-Team (aka Donna) cause my SPAM-Filter catch the Mail with the delivery conditions. After some sleepless nights about the layout - thats IMHO the worst thing of it all - I did it. And I documented it and send it to Donna. I hope that I didn't anoy her. If so: Deeply sorry, Donna! The foam speaks for itself: Light but stiff. You can put a lot of tools in it and carry the plate without any fear of bending or breaking. FOR THIS THERE ARE FOUR OF FIVE STARS! “Bought some Shadow Foam for my Archwick L119A2 Airsoft replica, I found the foam easy to cut although I kinda of expected it to peel in layers easier, it still worked out ok, although I cut some items squinty so I might redo it at some point, I bought two blocks of foam for this reason. Delivery was slower than expected, and I got two emails to review the product before it was even shipped.”

“It is a great way for my microphone case, for the camera case it proved really difficult to cut out the foam correctly. Paralax failures are easily made in complex forms. For the microphones I created a more flat template which helped quite a lot. Regarding communication with Shadow Foam. That was excellent. There was some delays over the hoildays and the new year, which was a pity as I was looking forward to a Christmas project to do. But it was of no fault of ShadowFoam. They responded swiftly and with great care and compassion. Which I do liked a lot!”

“It’s a 5 star product for protection and organising your equipment. Very easy to work with and great YouTube tutorials. Rated 4 star overall as the website could promote ways of recycling the offcuts and used product. If it can’t be recycled then a carbon offset per order made would be good.”

“Did my first attempt on cutting some tools into the shadow foam. I am very satisfied about the result. It took a leap of faith to start cutting, but when I was started it went very easy :-) . The only point of attention is that the deliverytime was quiet long. Almost 3 weeks after placiung the order. So the 3-7 days was not met.”

“Orderd the foam smoother spinners and the hot foam smoother. The spinners are a okay for minor improvements but didn't really cut it for the large tray of engineering hammers I'm cutting foam for. The hot foam smoother is a different beast all together. The temperature is possibly a little excessive for what is required as it is very easy to remove a little bit too much foam but it certainly makes light work of making the foam into the right form. The first hot foam smoother unfortunately failed after about ten minutes but a replacement was sent the next day. Can't fault the customer service. The only reason for not giving five stars was the slight disappointment with the performance of the spinners. Maybe I just haven't found their best use yet.”
