“After being let down by another local company through very poor communication and reliability, we were recommended to SGS and we could not be happier with the excellent customer service we have received. Lisa took my call at 13.30, promised to see if she could get an engineer out to us the same day as we had no heating in one area of our building, and said she would call back. She called back quickly as promised and said their engineer Tim would be with us later in the afternoon. Tim arrived as arranged and quickly found the problem (multiple stuck thermostatic radiator valves) which was a considerably simpler solution than the new pump another company had previously suggested needed replacing at a quoted cost of £1,220 + Vat! Tim was polite, friendly and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to explain what he had done and what to consider for the future, in layman's terms we could understand! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend SGS. Their communication, professionalism and above all, HONESTY, have been first class and they will now permanently have our on-going servicing and repair business for our serviced office premises.”

Their engineer Elliott 'phoned to advise ETA, arrived on time and throughout his visit was ultra efficient, friendly and took time to explain the fault and my overall electrical heating system and solved the fault. No hesitation in recommending SGS.”
