I recently had a few rads removed and a large one installed , the engineers Joe and Will were really good. They were polite clean and tidy . They had masks and gloves on the whole time, they kept watching doors were closed for the cats. Can’t praise them enough . We will have them back to carry out more work Sue

Phoned SGS and had an engineer out same day. Engineer had the part on his van and my heating is back on! Excellent service and good value.

Engineer was fine. However charging us near £400 to replace a few small parts and about 30 minutes work is nothing short of disgusting, really quite angry and upset. please avoid!!

We new we had a leak but couldn't trace the source. Aaron came in checked, found the leak and fixed it in minutes. Brilliant, I've been a customer for years and they have never let us down.

When had mike gambon from sgs in Salisbury to service our boiler and hob and he did a wonderful job and was very friendly 10/10 for everything and we even got our certificates emailed through within half an hour of him leaving. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We have been customers of SGS for several years and would highly recommend them as the best in the area. I am writing this review as yesterday we had an emergency situation when our boiler stopped working and within 2 hours an engineer visited and resolved the problem politely and efficiently. The SGS Plumber investigated a leak in the shower room behind the toilet and repaired the joint without making any mess. He was very efficient and polite and will return to replace my kitchen tap at a later date when I am in receipt of a quotation.

Realised that the gas boiler was not working at 11am, phoned SGS and an engineer arrived within the hour. The boiler was working again in the next hour. I am very happy with the service and it was a Saturday!

We had our boiler serviced yesterday, the plumber whose name was Mike turned up in the afternoon. He was very thorough, efficient and tidy, when the work was complete he even wiped everything down with hygienic wet wipes. I will not hesitate to use SGS again in the future, truly professional.
