Great customer service and job well done by staff at SGS H&E Ltd in Salisbury. Efficient and satisfactory plumbing work carried out on the date and time as pre arranged. Invoice issued soon after completion of work and paid in full. A minor detail…It would be helpful to show the 10% discount for customers with Gold Star Direct Debit payments on the invoice and the name of the engineer who carried out the work. Otherwise all went very well and another satisfied customer is happy. Thank you SGS 👍 😊

Friendly, efficient and I would recommend. More pricey than others,but they came, they did, and I’m almost entirely happy except for the rather short outlet pipe which looks a bit ridiculous but was in place before I could comment. Wish it were longer and I couldn’t see the steam when I look ou of the window.! Otherwise good. Nice guys.

New lpg boiler fitted. More expensive than British gas but British Gas have such bad reviews so went with SGS. Very neat workmanship by Dan. Brickie did an excellent job matching the mortar colour and laying the bricks. Electrician was also good. I would have given five stars except the condensate waste pipe was not in accordance with the boiler makers specification which Worcester confirmed would invalidate the guarantee. The fall was not sufficient. Luckily, I checked myself and Dan came back rectified and did a neat job of doing so. So thus far, a good experience. I may revise if any issues arise. Fingers crossed!

A good service. On time, polite, efficient staff. Jo visited today with a part not actually needed - cold water pressure reduction valve I think. Just signed a service contract. Communicated with SGS by phone, email and live chat - not just one.

Engineer had mask and serviced two boilers, water heater and hobs in about an hour. We would have given 5 out of 5 if he had phoned to say he was running three quarters of hour late.

Easy to contact and arranged a visit the following day for a boiler repair. All staff polite and friendly and kept me informed. I would have given 5 stars but the first technician to visit mis-diagnosed the fault and ordered the wrong part. On the second visit another technician quickly spotted the error and arranged for the correct part to be delivered to him. The boiler is now fine.

Both times I have used SGS I felt that a good job was done, particularly on the plumbing side. I think the prices are higher than some other companies though.

SGS quickly diagnosed the problem, restricted circulation due to a fault in the pump. Once the service engineer had come the pump was replaced in about ten minutes.

Reliable and efficient workforce. However, when setting up an annual contract, for monthly payments, I was baffled to understand why the first payment wasn't due for nearly 2 months in advance of accepting the plan. It would be good to set it up online and for the first payment to be taken almost immediately, so starting the cover, at that point. I needed 2 call outs within a couple of weeks of each other and I was informed that "The System" didn't allow the contract to cover the cost! Who is in charge of The System? It needs sorting! Anyway, they did cover the call outs without cost after my complaint, to be fair. Otherwise, I do recommend them.

Took two visits to completely fix my heating problem but very pleased with the punctually and work on both visits . Would recommend you to other people.

Your engineer was polite, professional and friendly. By asking questions he was able to identify problems with the tank and switching gear. He was able to arrange to order the necessary parts which should be fitted next week. Only downside is the high cost of fitting the parts.

The service to our oil fired boiler on Friday by Paul Chard was excelent as usual, but I have not yet recieved the promised report and service certificate. Please expedite.
