Couldn't fault the engineer who serviced the boiler he was polite & professional at all times. I had a slot booked for 9-12 however SGS failed to notify me that they had changed the tines of service to 1230-1430. Poor customer service from the office based team.

Extortionist charge for going out twice for parts and getting stuck in traffic taking an hour out of labour charge which has been charged to me

The service response was quick and the engineer attended on time; but only 3 stars because I reported a problem with our underfloor heating circuit. This was not resolved and another issue with one of the other heating circuits was identified. I agreed for the work to be done and the charge; but it did not resolve the problem initially reported. Eventually I deduced the solution and resolved it myself.

We have entered into a contract with SGS for the continued maintenence of our heating system and boiler. It has been identified that some work needs to be done to remove the exclusion clauses you have placed against our system and I understand this is going to take place in June but to date no appointment has been made or if it has we have not received any communication regarding it. Our past experience of heating engineers, and plumbers coming to our home has to say the least been absoloutely unacceptable and in a desperate last ditch effort we have entered into our contract with you to ensure we get the best professional service that should be expected by any home owner. Hopefully that will be proven when you have finally updated our system with what needs to be done in June. The engineer who came to our home definitly appeared to know what he was talking about and gave us the confidence that we should not be placed in the unsatisfactory situation we have been in over many years and poor workmanship from other plumbers and heating engineers that have attempted to keep our heating system serviceable and safe. We were happy with your engineers visit and we look forward to seeing what we have been told being carried out.

Expensive! Failed to satisfactorily fix leak in toilet after 2nd visit. Failed to return a phone call when they had promised. Would not quote for a straightforward job over the phone.

Fantastic service c/o Aaron who assessed the job, quoted a acceptable price and seven days later here we are looking at the completed job of which we are highly satisfied. How about that for efficiency? In addition he, along with his colleague Sam were very clean, quiet and professional. Five star service. Thank you.

SGS fitted our boilers in 2016, and have provided plumbing services related to heating and hot water as well as servicing the boilers. After recent problems with the heating it was out of action for almost a week. The confusion around the repair was a serious lapse in an otherwise acceptable service.

As we attended out of hours over the weekend and due to the commercial size of your heating system, unfortunately there was a delay in getting replacement parts to ourselves. The vast majority of our repairs can be carried out same or next day.
