Excellent service from start to finish. Price matched the quotation provided and they turned up exactly when the y said they would, with gentle reminders received the day before their arrival. The fitter who came was excellent, with the quality of his work being of the highest standard and when finished he cleaned up to leave everything as he had found. Would have no hesitation in recommending

Engineer arrived on time to thoroughly check electric boilers and associated equipment previously installed by SGS. Replaced faulty room thermostat. Total bill within price quoted. I always recommend SGS for professional service and efficient office back up.

Our old Worcester boiler which was over 20 years old was struggling along and finally gave up the ghost a week or so ago. SGS engineer Max came to fit a new one only 3 or 4 days later. He was just great! He had to instal lots of new pipework as well as the boiler. He put down coverings to keep the floors clean and removed all rubbish, leaving the house pristine, so I had nothing to clear up. The job was finished within the day and all was working perfectly. We have always used SGS for our heating jobs and they have never let us down.

They plumber came at the time they said he would. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour.

Plumbing work carried out exactly as promised. Engineer was excellent, arriving on time and taking great care to tidy up after the work carried out and thoroughly test the system before leaving. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I spoke to SGS salesmen in the market square on Saturday and explained my difficulty with getting local engineers to fix our Samsung air source heat pump. Fortunately, SGS engineers had recently done a training on Samsung air source heat pumps. Five days later and my system has been serviced by an engineer and all is working well. Thank you for a prompt and successful service.

Was on the receiving end of one of their lovely drivers deliberately splashing me by going through a large dirty pot-hole puddle in their van. If this is the type of person they employ, I would not trust them with my gas/electric supply.

Further to my previous somewhat critical review. I was telephoned by Paul, who was most apologetic, and explained the delays satisfactorily. He also offered to cancel one of the invoices, which was obviously most acceptable. In short, the matter has been concluded successfully for both parties. Well done Paul, an object lesson in 'how to handle customer complaints'

Excellent service from start to finish, we needed a new boiler after our very old one broke down , they were very quick to come and fit a new one as we had no heating or hot water , they were so polite and professional and talked us through the installation, they were very tidy and cleaned the areas they had been working in before they left . I will definitely be using sgs in the future and I can highly recommend them . Thank you so much sgs from a very happy customer.

Unti now I have had a contract with British Gas for my central heating/hot water system. They let me down when I had a potentially dangerous situation recently (see previous post), and again yesterday when they thought it OK to leave a 79-year old with emphesema without heatig and hot water for a week! SGS to the rescue. Thank you
