“As a Hotel SGS support us in a friendly, polite and professional manor, getting us out of difficult situations sometimes. All of the chaps know their stuff and and carry out their work in an efficient and tidy and informative way. The phone staff have great communication. I cannot praise the engineer enough who came out to us on the 25/11 he was here until 10pm and did a great job. Thank you all.”

“Our experiences of SGS is always very very good however, after Sam installed electric for our outside hobby house I can say that experience is now OUTSTANDING! Such a professional working ethos from this young man. He carried out the task with efficiency and even tidied up after himself. “Easy to contact and arranged a visit the following day for a boiler repair. All staff polite and friendly and kept me informed. I would have given 5 stars but the first technician to visit mis-diagnosed the fault and ordered the wrong part. On the second visit another technician quickly spotted the error and arranged for the correct part to be delivered to him. The boiler is now fine.”

“SGS have just completed the installation of a brand new boiler in our very traditional English cottage. Despite very adverse weather conditions and the fact that the new boiler is situated outside, all work was done professionally and carefully. I was impressed by the care taken to tell us what was happening at every stage. Everyone was very polite and had excellent attention to detail. Once everything had been installed and the new boiler commissioned, relevant adjustments were cheerfully made to accommodate our preferences. It is wonderful to have a warm cottage again.”

Dave quickly identified the issue in the morning and by the end of the day Jon was back with the part and it was all sorted by the early evening - great as we have a young family and we didn't fancy another night without the heating!
