“SGS have just completed the installation of a brand new boiler in our very traditional English cottage. Despite very adverse weather conditions and the fact that the new boiler is situated outside, all work was done professionally and carefully. I was impressed by the care taken to tell us what was happening at every stage. Everyone was very polite and had excellent attention to detail. Once everything had been installed and the new boiler commissioned, relevant adjustments were cheerfully made to accommodate our preferences. It is wonderful to have a warm cottage again.”

Dave quickly identified the issue in the morning and by the end of the day Jon was back with the part and it was all sorted by the early evening - great as we have a young family and we didn't fancy another night without the heating! “I couldn't be more happier with the service. I had 2 guys Sam and Kieran coming to fix my electrical problem. They were very polite, professional and extremely conscientious to identify the source of the problem and fix it, even if was late in the evening, and half of the next day. I was worried that the seriousness and the overtime would add up to a huge bill, instead I was only charged with a out of peak call. Very reasonable and very well done job. Thank you SGS.”

“I had two small leaks on an un-vented hot water cylinder resolved and a mixer valve on the cylinder replaced. The plumber, Arran, was on time, friendly and polite and efficient. He wore a mask without being asked and used an antiseptic wipe on the card payment machine down before and after use. Great service, thanks!”
