“Waited 3 weeks for my car to be ready for pickup due to a part shortage, told it had been serviced to find it has a warning light on the dash ? still waiting for the service history to be forwarded to me, I was told it had a full service history , we will see?”

“I was delighted by the help and professionalism of Gareth Wood who recently sold me a car. Buying a car can sometimes feel like stressful horse trading but Gareth guided me towards the perfect car and was very fair with my part exchange. It was such a good experience that in the same week I went back to Gareth and bought a larger car for my daughter. Thank you for another good experience with Petch Skippers Lane.”

“I recently purchased a car from S G Petch in Darlington and through a salesman called Anthony Nelson.the deal was done over the phone on a friday and we drove up from Leeds to pick the vehicle up on the monday.when we got there Anthony had everything ready to go and was extremely knowledgeable and professional and the car was all ready to go and even managed to apply a ceramic coating over that weekend.the buying experience from Anthony and S G Petch was faultless and wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying a car from these guys.thanks again for making the deal possible Anthony👍”

“Having arranged for future MOT and servicing at the Sunderland branch i was offered a very good deal on my Kia sportage and given the option to part exchange for a newer version.I dealt with Nicky Mcdermott in branch which was effortless and took no more than 30minutes to conclude the exchange. I have been very impressed with the whole set up at this dealer and would recommend a visit to anyone looking for a new or used vechile.”

“So with an open mind I looked at Hyundai as my next car. I went to SG Petch Middlesbrough and was greeted by sales Executive Mark who showed me the range of vehicles on offer and showed me the pluses and the benefits of the cars from basic models to top of the range. All the time letting me to freely look around the cars. Suggested I test drive the one I was interested in and then decided to go for it. Amazing sales experience where the Sales Executive Mark has gone above and beyond to ensure I am kept up to date with everything and incredibly understanding with a few bumps along the way (Not the Dealerships making) all in all whenever I have called the dealership or popped in staff have always been amazing and so happy to help”
