“After going to another Kia dealer in the local area and having a very poor customer experience I was a bit dubious of going anywhere else. However James at SG Petch could not of been more helpful, excellant customer service and made to feel at ease straight away, he answered all my questions and made the whole process of buying a new car easy and straightforward. Thank you James.”

“I have just had my first service for my Mazda CX-5 with no issues. I arranged to have a courtesy car for the day and had very good service from Nichola Hornsby who made sure the courtesy car had washer fluid and the tyres were at the right pressure very good and professional service”

“Kept me up to date on the new car process, which, due to the current situation, was a bit trying, having to wait longer than usual to get my paws on my new 595. Steve dealt with all the details over the phone and text, and made the whole deal an easy one to make. Chuffed. And the new motor is superb.”

“the customer service received yesterday was less than 1 star, i wanted to know about the electric mazda, since my 2018 mazda is due a change, the staff didn't care when we walked in, pointed us in the direction of one electric mazda, didn't offer any assistance, didn't attempt to switch it on, so we could have a proper idea, no information at all, infact he walked away and we walked out non the wiser, after we couldn't find anyone to ask anything, waste of my time, i had to come back inside the show room to ask if i was in the right place. While looking for the mazda show room in sunderland, i had gone to Bristol street motor by error and the customer service was so brilliant that I consider getting the new electric mokka, a car I have never thought off. I hope the management can reconsider the Sunday workers as they must be getting paid to sit not sell. the staff member has done Mazda a disservice”

“Fantastic customer service! This is my second car from SG Petch I can’t recommend them enough! James at SG Petch Darlington was really helpful I wanted a bigger car as my old car was to small he was very patient and shown me around cars I might have been interested in, I really loved the Kia Rio it was a little out of my price range but James worked hard to get me the best deal! The whole process was very smooth and I got my new car very quickly. Thank you again!!”

“Although I had an apparent problem with a defective throttle valve the day after I drove away from the showroom, as the part wasn’t in stock and had to be sourced, S G Petch immediately arranged a courtesy car for me to cover the week my vehicle was off the road”
