“Shipped a large suitcase from Stockholm to Tucson. Flawless process. To be honest, I had low expectations considering the distance. But good news all around. The website is a 10 out of 10, the shipment went FEDEX so I could track it all the way. It was delivered a day or two early, and not a scratch. Just incredible. We have used other services in the past to ship luggage around the world, but this service beats them all. I will definitely use them again. Our circumstances were unique, we were on a long cruise with formal wear (tuxedo, formal shoes, dresses, high heels, etc) and after the cruise went on our own to Seoul and Hawaii where none of those items were necessary. So...ship it home and go light on the rest of our trip. Perfect service for that.”

“Suitcase travelled across the world very quickly. Customer service were excellent when had a problem with the initial service; we organised another pick-up for the next day, and all was smooth after that. Would definitely use again.”

“My husband and me find this service extremely helpful. To not have suitcases when we are travelling on long journeys makes life much easier. The suitcases are picked up from our house and when we reach our destination they have arrived. The same on our return journey. We will always use Send My Bag.”

“This is my 2nd tme using this service to ship personal items from the U.S. to Italy. The 1st time went very smoothly but this time has not been a good experience. 1. I was charged a $90 rural location charge even though I shipped to the same location as the 1st shipment. 2. They are still charging extra fees for a gas surcharge AND 3. They are trying to bill me $60 extra literally weeks after completing my shipment claiming my boxes were larger dimensions than reflected in my order even though they were not. The boxes were beat up and mis-shapen by them being tumbled and thrown around (3 things broken inside). This is the reason the box dimensions differed.I recommended SMB numerous time for the 1st round. Will not be recommending them again unfortunately.”
