“Very professional and friendly Staff. I was referred by the Optician Miss Rashid for Laser therapy at the Hospital on one of my eyes (post cataract operation blurring). Hence no glasses yet until this has been completed”

“Very pleased with the service during my first experience with Scrivens Alsager . Paul in particular was very helpful , knowledgeable and attentive . highly recommend Scrivens as a result of my visit .”

“I had my 2-year eye test checked at the Royston branch last week, which was very pleasant. The person carrying out the various tests was professional and very pleasant, explaining everything in detail. Then I went to the ophthalmologist for the vision test per se and he was very thorough, very clear and extremely professional. I was well-informed and found the whole session pleasant. Definitely recommend this branch.”

“I've been a customer with Scrivens for many years, & most recently @my appt for my eye test, i found the Staff in place @the Rushden Branch very engaging, friendly, enthusiastic & knowledgeable! It was a pleasure to be within such an uplifting environment & the branch appears to be thriving with such a warm, positive energy & great customer care! Keep up the good work, it's much appreciated by the customer!”

“I had an eye test today at the Hythe branch, I could not fault the service I received from the eye test to choosing new glasses, all the staff there could not have been more helpful, was not rushed, and any questions I had were dealt with , would recommend. Thank youall.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received, the helpfulness and the patience of Shaun whilst choosing new frames. The price a little on the high side but I did choose the more expensive frames so not the fault of Scrivens. Tom the optometrist is excellent and very thorough and I have 100% faith in him.”

“RINGWOOD BRANCH Never visited Scrivens before. From entering the branch the staff were very welcoming. The optometrist was great and made me feel at ease and then going back out to the front office all staff were helpful. Caroline encouraged me try on lots of different frames and we spend a nice relaxing time working out what my needs were. I ended up going for a completely different style and colour of frames with a branded varifocal lens to help with my lifestyle.”
