We ordered on the Thurs next day delivery expecting it to arrive Mon at the latest. No delivery Monday so called and were promised a call back the next dat by 10am, no call so managed to get through about 12:30. It was acknowledged that we spoke but no apology for not returning the call. We’re promised it would be resent that day but no tracking number arrived. Called to be told it hadn’t be resent because they had forgotten about it. Were told we would receive refund a refund for the delivery charges (still to recieve) and that it would be dispatched the next day to arrive Thursday. It’s now Friday and STILL no packaging has arrived. Lost all faith and will be calling for a FULL refund.

Absolutely shocking service. In essence, I never received my goods! The courier dropped at the wrong property,I was told to ask neighbours if they had received by mistake(they hadn't) and that was it, phone always busy and they didn't respond to my emails after that. Don't use them.

The cardboard boxes are of very thin lightweight cardboard. Not what I was expecting. Just filling them they have torn. Hate to think what they will be like loading and unloading onto removal van. Having bought them will just have to strengthen them with lots of package tape. Wish I’d known there are different qualities of cardboard boxes. These are cheap and really too flimsy for anything but lightweight items eg clothing.

I had ordered 4 items over 2 weeks ago and still have not received 3 of the 4 items. Next day delivery was advertised. I have had numerous calls to them and it is still not sorted out. Each person giving me a different excuse. Now I’m trying to get my money back and no one answers the phone. Shocking service!

Dreadful service. Called them several times when my boxes had not arrived. Voice mail every time. Never received a call back. Boxes arrived not next day but as I was moving my stuff into the moving van. I never received my money back. Probably the worst service I have ever had from any company. I feel conned out of my money. That’s how bad it is. I spent more money buying additional boxes from Argos and I also spent a lot of time talking to the extremely unpleasant help desk of the courier service they used: whistl.

Delivery was supposed to be next day, but it took an extra phone call to chase order and took 6 days! I was told I would receive an email to follow up our conversation but they didn’t . First time I’ve used them and not a good first impression of their business.

Appalling service. Spent more than I really needed to to get 'free next day delivery', delivery actually took 9 days for the full order to arrive, first delivery was incomplete so further items followed and packaging was inadequate so items lost in transit. Wrong size boxes supplied as those I had ordered 'not in stock'. Shouldn't the website have indicated there was a problem? Website has 'countdown' display to emphasise 'next day delivery', simply misleading. Also pressure to spend more and then services not delivered. In spite of 'but...COVID' banner still promises next day delivery. I wouldn't buy from these people again. Useless especially when time pressure of moving house.

I ordered bubble wrap on Monday the 12th of October as the website said if you ordered before 2pm it would be dispatched that day. I missed the 2pm deadline so presumed that they would dispatch it on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.I never received a tracking number from Whistle Whistle are not a delivery they are an intermediary company not a courier so they couldn't help locate my bubble wrap. I have phoned twice and left messages and sent two emails. I am very disappointed with this so called company who clearly couldn't give a monkeys about their customers. If I don't get my product by Monday I'm reporting them to trading standards.

Whole delivery was late as it came in 2 shipments which I wasn’t informed of. After numerous attempts in contacting customer service, it finally arrived but was still missing some items. Was given a measly refund for them which doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused at all!

Paid for next day delivery as advertised to package items to send off by a deadline. Wrap did not arrive and I had to go out and purchase more to meet deadline. Part arrived the following day and the rest of my order 5 days later! Offered refund if I posted items back at my own cost and would not collect them. The price to return was prohibitive so I am left with enough bubble wrap to last me two lifetimes and nowhere to store it. Very unimpressed. Cost me a lot of money and upset for something I ordered in good faith and I certainly would not recommend them.

Awful experience - large email trail plus telephone conversations - in short: Sunday 30th August - ordered packaging materials from Schott because of the promise of next day delivery and I was clearing my fathers house. Thursday 3rd September - I chased the packaging materials and was told they would arrive between 12 and 2pm ! very disappointing ! 2pm delivery van dropped off a roll of bubble wrap - no boxes and no tape - called the office and was told the rest of the order would arrive the next day - which was too late as this was moving day and we would not be there the next day ! I asked for a refund Made a trip to the stores and paid another £70 for boxes and tape ! Friday 4th - goods returned Since this date I have been in regular email correspondence Monday 14th September - I was finally promised a full refund within 2 working days as goods had been returned Friday 18th September - not surprisingly, no refund and you have the cheek to ask for feedback Hope this was helpful - do the right thing and give me my hard earned money back Carole Stonehouse

Delivery was appallingly bad. Instead of receiving all of my goods in one drop, they were delivered over three days by three different drivers, and the third delivery was damaged. I telephoned Schott to complain, but they really did not care. I will never buy from them again.
