We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Awful experience - large email trail plus telephone conversations - in short: Sunday 30th August - ordered packaging materials from Schott because of the promise of next day delivery and I was clearing my fathers house. Thursday 3rd September - I chased the packaging materials and was told they would arrive between 12 and 2pm ! very disappointing ! 2pm delivery van dropped off a roll of bubble wrap - no boxes and no tape - called the office and was told the rest of the order would arrive the next day - which was too late as this was moving day and we would not be there the next day ! I asked for a refund Made a trip to the stores and paid another £70 for boxes and tape ! Friday 4th - goods returned Since this date I have been in regular email correspondence Monday 14th September - I was finally promised a full refund within 2 working days as goods had been returned Friday 18th September - not surprisingly, no refund and you have the cheek to ask for feedback Hope this was helpful - do the right thing and give me my hard earned money back Carole Stonehouse”

“Delivery was appallingly bad. Instead of receiving all of my goods in one drop, they were delivered over three days by three different drivers, and the third delivery was damaged. I telephoned Schott to complain, but they really did not care. I will never buy from them again.”

“The paclaging was split on both parcels, they were left out in the rain, so the boxes got wet! Very poor it seems the delivery driver didn't care!”

“Probably the worst quality bubble wrap I have ever received. (300mm small bubble). Bubbles not formed. Sticky. Badly cut. Irregular width. Not cheap. I appreciate we are living in challenging times but poor quality products such as these should not be despatched.”

“Appalling service that arrived too late ,was not responded too for ages when I requested refund and then I was accused of lying when stating it arrived late. Had added cost and hassle of having to buy boxes elsewhere onto of moving at short notice. Avoid at all costs, atrocious.”

“The package turned up a week later than forecasted and a week later than the day it said it was delivered. By this time I had moved out of my student accommodation and was not able to return the package. I have tried to make contact before but this was ignored.”

“The banding straps too tight had damaged everyone of 10 boxes and therefore some of the envelopes inside each Some boxes damaged more than others Emailed, sent pictures and Josh initially replied However, no replies to subsequent emails and making claim through PayPal. Won’t use again”

“Price and product was good. The customer service was terrible. I ordered my boxes and heard nothing for 2 weeks and went to cancel the order and only then did I finally receive the dispatch email. Even tried to ring to cancel and the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Would not recommend at all”
