We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“I am very impressed both with Schott Packaging's products and their customer service. I ordered the wrong sized envelopes, so I returned them for a refund and that same day put in a second order for larger envelopes. By mistake I put the second order number on the box I returned for a refund. When I realised this, I told Schott's customer service about the mistake I made and asked if they could refund me the difference between the two orders. They did this immediately, and I was just very impressed with their speed and helpfulness. The envelopes are great quality too.”

“Products are good. Service is good. Delivery service - not so much. Delivered 5 days late, and didn't even let me know that they'd delivered (haven't found the package yet). So if you can go pick up, probably best idea.”
