Hello Istvan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t as smooth as you’d hoped. Our prices reflect the quality of our materials and the service we provide. Pricing on our website is based on pack sizes, and an order confirmation is also sent, but we apologise if this wasn’t entirely clear. If you’d like to discuss your order further, or arrange a return and refund, we’d be more than happy to help - please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Schott Packaging
