“I have ordered from you multiple times and never had any issues but upon my last delivery I have and I’ve emailed you and filled out regarding three of the wax melts I purchased with an issue and I have heard nothing back”

“sadly they don't work in my scentsy warmers. They need to be at a warmer temperature to be able to smell them so i can't really use them as you can't smell anytning”

Our wax is specifically formulated for use in standard wax burners that reach higher temperatures than those designed for Scentsy products. Scentsy warmers are tailored for their own wax, which has a lower melting point, meaning other waxes may not fully melt or release their fragrance properly in them. Both we and Scentsy have thoroughly detailed this information on our respective websites. We clearly outline that branded warmers are specifically designed for use with their own wax, which melts at a lower temperature. Because of this, other types of wax, like ours, may not perform optimally in these type of warmers. Similarly, Scentsy also advises against using non-Scentsy wax in their warmers for the same reasons. This guidance is intended to help customers select the right products for the best experience. To get the most out of our wax, we recommend using a wax burner designed for standard wax melts, as these will reach the optimal temperature needed for our wax to melt evenly and release its full fragrance. Many of our customers enjoy the rich scent throw when the wax is used in a suitable setup, and we believe you would have a much better experience with the right wax burner. We truly appreciate your understanding and would be happy to help answer any questions about finding the right wax burner to ensure you enjoy the full potential of our product.

“Thought I’d try a new company arrived on time scents are strong but there’s an over powering smell which isn’t the scent & its horrible will try another scent I purchased to see if has same issue if it has Ive wasted money”

Thank you for trying us, the wax we use is odourless & the only scented ingredient added to this is the fragrance oils, we are therefore unsure why you would be experiencing a "horrible" scent as mentioned in your review 🌻

“Slightly disappointed - smells are nice but found they didn’t last long which was disappointing as I bought them based off other reviews. Have to say the strawberry and lily one alone makes up for the ones that didn’t last long - that smell is amazing and would probably just order that one if I was to order again. Everything came fast, and was packaged well.”

We are sorry to see your 2* review & are very confused as to why you would place 2 orders given the harsh comments you have left in your review. Our scent descriptions are always taken from our suppliers oils for which we have never in 5 years received this feedback, we are also unsure as to what you mean by a toxic after smell as the only after smell feedback we have received is the lasting smell of the scents even after they have finished melting. Having received no direct communications from yourself on which scents you are refiring to we are unable to elaborate any further in our reply.

We are sorry to be reading this Graham, we can see you ordered 2 wax cups, one being Cosy Winter Nights which is one of our best sellers & one of our favourites which constantly used at home, Christmas Tree is another which has been extremely popular this Christmas, we can only presume if you are not smelling anything you need to look at the set up you are using, as you can see your results are very contradictory to other reviews received today all of who would have received the same scents & batches as yours, the only difference being the set up's they are using, it may be worth taking a look at the information we have on our website regarding scent throw as this will help you achieve the same results from our wax.

“The scent doesn't last for longer than 6 hours when stated 24hrs. I have been using Scents at 3 for a very long time and have even recommended them but I'm truly disappointed at the moment.”

We are sorry to read this review Emma, firstly we advertise that a segment of our bars lasts between 8-12 hours, it may be worth looking at the set up you are using to see if it is giving the best performance of our wax as your review is quite contradictory to other reviews received today some of which will have received the same scents from the same batches as yours, if you are certain that this is correct it could just be that the scents you have chosen this time are not for you, we are always available on email to discuss further & also have some information on the website which you may find helpful.

Hi, According to the Royal Mail tracking for your parcel. This was delivered on Wednesday 15th June, four days after your order was placed. If for some reason this has not been received by yourself we would always appreciate an email so we can assist before leaving a negative review.

“Not strong smelling at all . disappointing as other reviews were good . have only tried the black opium one up to now , have 4 other fragrances to try but really couldn’t smell this at all in both rooms that i had the burners on in”
