“Delivered quickly, good price but they don't smell for long at all. The smells are good and strong just not long lasting unfortunately so I wouldn't buy again.”

“The post man threw my package over next doors garden and was sat in the rain for hours until they realised and brought them to me. Also, Sadly not what I was expecting from this, was expecting strong smelling melts after some reviews I have read so, kind of disappointed with what I received”

Thank you for your review Victoria, we can see from your review you were dissatisfied with the delivery service, we would advise this is raised is with Royal Mail as unfortunately we have no control over how parcels are delivered, we can see from your tracking your order was recorded as being left in your requested safe place, again if this wasn’t the case please also bring this to their attention. With regards to your melts, we pride ourselves on our constant 5 star reviews from our customers & the loyal customer base we have grown over 5 years, we offer lots of help and advise in the customer care section of our website with regards to burner set ups being used, it maybe worth having a read to see if yours is right for our wax, thank you for trying us.

“I was hopeful these melts were going to be good as some of the comments suggested. But unfortunately I've not found that to be the case. The scent throw is average nothing out of the ordinary. The longevity of the fragrance is quite poor. After one burn it's pretty much expended. The scents smell nice but just not what I'm looking for.”

“I love the scent the of the wax melts and had quick delivery. But I do find it only makes the rooms smell for about a day for each half a wax melt section. This will end up very costly and compared to others I have used they seem to last so much longer. So only based on this i probably won’t purchase again which is a shame as I said the scents are lovely.”

Scent can be very subjective & what one person will smell as strong another person may not & visa versa, it could also be that your set up isn't quite right for our wax, if you would like to email us at support@scentsatno3.co.uk a member of staff will be happy to help with some advice & suggestions.

“Delivery was very quick and efficient I ordered gingerbread which was very good but I also ordered apple cinnamon which didn't really smell at all quite disappointing”

Thank you Rachael We try to cater for all nose types & with some scent types it's not in their make up to be as strong as others Your set up is also be a factor in the scent throw you will achieve from our wax, it maybe worth visiting the customer care section of our website to see if this could be altered, we have some great advise on there for our customers 💖

We are sorry to her this Dean, as you can see from other reviews that have come through today with yours their experience is quite contradictory to yours & some will have had the same scents from the same batches as yours, our melt times are an average on what we achieved in the testing stage using the correct set up, we can only presume the set up you are using is not quite right for our wax & needs looking at to achieve better results, we do provide some information on our website which will help to rectify this, we can also be emailed where a member of staff will be happy to help.
