“Enjoy the initial smell when burning a piece of snap bar but loses its smell on 2nd. Still a fresh smell of each bar however”

Thank you Lyn, we are pleased you are happy with your orders, with regards to postage costs we do only charge customers what Royal Mail set their prices at, as a small growing business as much as we would love to we are unable to subsidise all orders, our business wouldn’t survive. Thank you Donna for taking the time to leave us a review, sometimes when the same fragrance is continuously used we can become nose blind therefore the the scent we smell will not seem as strong as when first used, in this instance we would advise to have a break from White Dove for a little while & then try again, hope this helps

“Love the wax melts. But wish you would change from Royal Mail, they say they have tried to deliver twice which they HAVE NOT. as no card and we were in all day When we go to sorting office which we have tried on numerous occasions the queue is so big you would wait at least an hour . So a week later still not got my order”
