“So far good but disappointed with the fresh cut daisy used to be one of my favourites these last two bars didn't have hardly any smell 😢 but love Exotic Eastern garden ❤️”

Thank you, Linda, for taking the time to leave your review, I can see you have mentioned a snap bar named fresh cut daisy, this is not one of our scents, we do have a scent called daisy for which you ordered in the wax cups not bars, we can only presume you have us mixed up with another company, it's great to hear you are loving our Exotic Eastern Garden 😊

We are sorry to read this Pauline, we can only presume that you are using the wrong set up for our wax to be achieving these results as your results are very contradictory to other reviews received today, we use the maximum amount of fragrance oil in our wax that we are legally allowed & by constantly testing our wax we know it would not give the results of non-scented wax, for the results you are achieving we can only presume if using an electric melter the wattage is too low or if a tealight melter too bigger tealight or a small melter is being used, we do have some in depth information on our website which will help you to rectify the results you have been getting for a more positive melting experience.

“Parcel arrived, damaged in transit which meant 2 items were not received. Contacted Scents @no3 and got response almost immediately - missing items now being resent. Fast reply and no quibble re missing items (although I did send photo of damage). From past experience melts will smell lovely!”

“I always try to use the snap bars as I feel they are good value for money and the scents are long lasting, however I have not been able to 5 star my last order as three of the bars have only been aromatic for around an hour then I’m just heating the wax for no reason. I do feel a little disappointed this time round”

“I purchased the starter pack and although I would have given the waxes five stars I was disappointed with the burner provided hence my score of four, so my score relates to the pack, the waxes themselves are very pleasant and I would have scored them five.”

“The scents themselves are brilliant, plenty of choice and strong fragrance. Delivery was quick. My only complaint is the amount of emails sent. There were far too many and I had to unsubscribe.”

We are sorry to hear you are struggling to achieve optimum results from our wax, if these are the results you are achieving it may be worth checking the set up you are using, if the wax is starting off strong & loosing its scent quickly the set up you are using is burning the fragrance oil off too quickly, this could be due to the Melter being too small causing the flame to be too close to the dish, 8 hour t lights being used, we only recommend 4 hour, or too high wattage bulb in an electric Melter, I will attach the link for our website where you will find information to help you achieve the same results as other customers, by following these guidelines you will achieve better longevity & throw from your wax. https://www.scentsatno3.co.uk/pages/faqs
