“Haven’t received my delivery and ordered it almost three weeks ago. I’ve tried emailing and calling but no answer. The money was taken out of my bank and have had an order number but no confirmation email, can’t express enough how frustrating this is.”

“The vitamin C that I use has been discontinued so managed to get it from Scentstional, however, I did spend over €€150 and they gave me the option of some free samples but I never got them??!!”

“Was very sceptical about the website as the item I wanted was at least £30 cheaper than everywhere else! Nevertheless other reviews filled me with enough confidence to order. It was delivered very quickly with Hermes,not my preferred courier but they seem to always deliver, regardless of some of the ludacris methods! I compared the new bottle smell, packaging and bottle to an old one and I cannot tell the difference. So either it is a genuine price and these guys are getting some great discounts or they are VERY good fakes!”

“The service was good, delivery as promised, and very satisfied with the product which I use regularly. For me, it was Impossible to make payment on my iPad, eventually I had to involve a member of my family, who did it on her more up to date device. This will deter me from ordering from this company again.”
