“I ordered two bottles of daily milkshake, shampoo and daily conditioner and what only arrived was two conditioners. I contacted the company and they issued a refund. I saw on the website that the daily milkshake shampoo is still available so I’ve purchased another two bottles and what arrived was two bottles of milkshake, colour, care conditioner. again I contacted the company and was issued a refund. The refunds are yet to come into my account. However I have been given the receipt to say that they are going in. It just seems to be taking some time.”

“I was disappointed with my experience with your company, as the wrong item was sent, and I got in touch via telephone and email, and have had no response. I have since had a response to my query, and have had a satisfactory result. This was done in a quick and timely manner, and I will give the company another chance in ordering again. Thank you for your help, it is much appreciated.”
