“I ordered the Olaplex set for £99, first of all what an amazing deal. From ordering online to receiving my goods, the service was excellent. I would buy again from this company.”

“Although the Scentsational website was easy to use and intuitive their use of DHL as a delivery service extremely problematic and leaves me not wishing to use the website again.”

“I have been looking for this product for a long time and found it on Amazon at an excessive price. On further investigation I found it on Scentsational for less than 50% of that price. The delivery was seamless and the product fantastic. Great supplier.”

“I ordered 2 x perfumes. The order was accepted and payment made. When the delivery was made there was only one perfume in the box. I notified instantly of the error, and a second perfume was sent out promptly. The second perfume was upgraded to a Gift set but unfortunately was not the same perfume. I was offered a £10 goodwill gesture but this has not materialised as yet.”
