“Una compra de más de 600 Euros y ni siquiera una muestra de algún producto de cortesía . No llegó cuando habían dicho. Tardó unos pocos días. Tampoco notificaron que las muestras pequeñas de los frascos de perfumes podrían venir incompletos”

“The web site and the choice were good and the prices fairly competitive. Check out was fine, the only small moan that I'd have was that the delivery did take quite a few days, which does always seem to be the case when ordering from companies in Germany.”

“You need to inform your customers if a product is out of stock!!! i had to make contact ... i spoke to a nice adviser called Richard over chat and he explained and apologized and arranged to have the item to be sent out to me and would send me an email but didn't get the email so i had to make contact again after a few days and he confirmed when i will receive the product and send the email.”
