“Ordered bottle of aftershave for husband before Xmas arrived and was very pleased with it ,so ordered another bottle but different fragrance. Unfortunately it was out of stock so sent alternative, which was what I already had bought. Made a phone call to customer service young man was excellent and apologised for inconvenience and let me keep the item without returning. I,ll definately try to reorder item in New year and continue to use this site .”

“I think they provided great customer service. I would have given them 5 stars except my package didn't arrive as soon as I had hoped. I don't know if this was the fault of the post office or scentsational perfumes but when I emailed customer services to tell them my perfume hadn't arrived yet, they were very helpful and assured me that my package would be resent asap. It arrived today and I'm delighted with my purchase! Will definitely buy again!”
