“I ordered 4 bottles of my favourite scent. The scent bottle and box look original but the scent smelt only of solvent. I was upset, but after communication with Richard from Scentsational he explained that one of the key ingredients of the perfume was now banned because it has been deemed dangerous. Although it staggers me that a perfume can be sold as the same perfume when it’s scent has been radically altered, Richard from Scentsational was very good at both communicating, organising the return and the refund. Thus 4X * Thank you Richard and Scentsational”

“My FavouritePerfume Burberry London. Arrived quickly, Thank you. The packaging was not good as the box was too big and had only one small sheet of brown paper covering the boxed Purfum inside.”

“I will update my review if I receive my complete order. I ordered a quantity of 6 and only received 3 I have received a partial refund, which I very much appreciated. in the due, ir would request that if the proper quantity is not being sent, that an explanation and or refund accompany the order. I would do business with you again because you rectified the problem. thank you”
