“I was disappointed with my experience with your company, as the wrong item was sent, and I got in touch via telephone and email, and have had no response. I have since had a response to my query, and have had a satisfactory result. This was done in a quick and timely manner, and I will give the company another chance in ordering again. “Have not had a problem in the past however this time order arrived with a message sprawled on the delivery note to say the perfume was out of stock (nothing else). I emailed to find out if it was coming back in stock or if I was getting my money back. 2 days later still hadn’t heard anything. Had to have a webchat with someone who said they couldn’t guarantee when/if it would be back in stock (even though at time of order it said it was in stock) and to choose another perfume with a value up to 20% more of original purchase. No issues after this but I thought it was poor service that involved me doing all the chasing for an issue that was scentsationals.”

“Products purchased were on point and packaged well however initial delivery was lost which meant several phone calls of chasing and then waiting for re-delivery. So guaranteed 48 hour delivery was far from the case. Rather disappointing that no one reached out and it was left for so long. Perhaps systems could be managed better for future customer care and satisfaction.”

“First purchase made recently, delivery on time, well wrapped but one item missing. No paperwork in delivery about the missing item. I had to e mail Scentsational I was informed item would be delivered by end of week, still not arrived and further e mail sent but was not replied to.”

“I received the wrong item and Scentsational could not send me the correct one, I had to reorder it. However the product I wanted had increased significantly in price in the interim. I had to return the product I had received in error and am still awaiting a refund.”
