Have not had a problem in the past however this time order arrived with a message sprawled on the delivery note to say the perfume was out of stock (nothing else). I emailed to find out if it was coming back in stock or if I was getting my money back. 2 days later still hadn’t heard anything. Had to have a webchat with someone who said they couldn’t guarantee when/if it would be back in stock (even though at time of order it said it was in stock) and to choose another perfume with a value up to 20% more of original purchase. No issues after this but I thought it was poor service that involved me doing all the chasing for an issue that was scentsationals.
