“Scaffolding is good quality. Good selection on the website. Found the delivery charges a little high and delivery timescales a bit longer than I’d have expected. Hence 4 stars rather than 5.”

“Expected my delivery on the Tuesday told between 18-30 and 20-30 waited no delivery next told delivery tomorrow no delivery then Thursday morning text saying out for delivery between 10-30 and 12-30 arrived on time thankfully”

“I just wanted to buy a couple of scaff planks. Had to go through a few hoops to order on internet, whilst sitting in the car outside the yard. Staff in the office/yard were very helpful though.”

“bought two items, one was not suitable, (my Fault not theirs) the other was brillant. I used it to transform a fishing barrow by bolting it onto the front support. Now my rods are better supported and the balance has improved as the weight is now over the front wheel which makes it easier to push. £2.60 for a clamp vs £274 for a new barrow!”

“The pick up order was very easy and I received a phone call to tell me the items were ready for collection. When I arrived, a went to reception and someone there simply told me to go into the yard and collect the goods. However when I went into the yard, nobody was there to help me. I went into their warehouse, again nobody was there. Eventually someone did turn up, but they could not help me. It's as though there's a huge disconnect between the admin/reception staff and the operational people. I was just about to return to reception, when I spotted my items just stacked up near some racking. The person who couldn't help me, just told me to take them, no signature or proof of receipt was required. What if someone else had decided to take them.”

“Ordered scaffolding net for my allotment, which was as described and so much cheaper than the products specifically marketed for gardening. Paid £9.99 for p&p assuming it would be despatched fairly promptly. Ordered on a Saturday, finally called the following Friday to be told it had not been despatched as they had been very busy but would be despatched that day. It was a bank holiday weekend so I didn’t receive it until the Tuesday after. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and would have expedited the despatch had it not been already scheduled for that day. However that did make me think that if customers who are familiar with the business call to ask for expedited despatch that may result in others being pushed back a bit. I could be wrong. A message on the website mentioning potential delays would have been helpful as then I could have chosen whether the order from there or not. I’m giving 4 stars as the product is very good value and staff very helpful.”
