“I had a project to build a complex structure for a dog swimming pool that needed a large platform with openings for pool entry, a hinged ramp and a 26’ ramp for easy access for old or injured dogs. I trawled the internet and beyond for pricing and found the Scaffolding Direct (Delta Seevices) offered the best pricing. Nobody was better or offered the range of fittings for public use. This meant the range of products I needed was extensive. Delivery time was also critical. Delta were brilliant, delivery was fast and as I kept hitting them with additions the stock and communication was one of the best supplier experiences I have ever seen. Every employee was attentive, polite and helpful. I can’t imagine a better source for scaffolding. From boards to bars and bends they were bloody brilliant. Well done guys 👍”

“Hi there, I'm sorry to say that although I know that the scaff clamps I've ordered from you were collected by DHL on 25th August, they still have not been delivered. This was originally arranged for 28th August, but the DHL tracking function shows that the delivery has been with them since 29th August. I've raised this with them twice now (the durrent date is 7th September), but they have still not responded with a date when the parcel will be delivered. It is a great shame that your convenient and competitively priced service appears to have been let down in this case by DHL. I'm hoping that the items will arrive very soon. Hi Richard, We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your goods. I have checked with DHL, and I can see that they attempted to contact you on 3rd September to confirm whether you had received the delivery. Occasionally, the driver may deliver a parcel without completing the scan, so they were trying to establish whether this had happened. Unfortunately, the call was not answered. Had this been reported to us sooner, we would have got straight onto this for you and investigated it with DHL. At this stage, would you prefer us to arrange a replacement or issue you with a credit?
