I think they’ve attempted delivery but no card was left and there are no links to rearrange delivery. Just hoping it turns up now.

Good afternoon Claire, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. I have looked into your order, as the review stated we have provided an awful delivery service, and I can see we delivered the order within two working days which is within our advertised lead time of five working days. As this would not be deemed bad service, may I ask if you had a negative experience with the third-party parcel courier? I would definitely NOT reccomend this product; its supposed to be water proof but leaks and drips when up outdoors. A very disappointing product. I really wish i could get my money back on this as i dont have cash to waste.

I have searched throughout system, however I can see no communication from yourself to advise of this issue prior to your review. The goods I ordered have still not arrived so don't use scaffolding direct as all they do is take your money and then don't answer any of your emails just send you this review email twice.

The acro props are good but I have a very negative comment on the delivery driver. They stacked them on the plastic recycling bins and burst them. Doesn’t make any sense given the weight of the props! Very poor!

poor quality materials (rusty) hard luck response from customer service Have bought from them before with no issue but will shop elsewhere when i need more tube.

Hi Wayne, Thank you for your review. I apologise that the goods were not to your satisfaction. As we have advised, these products are for building/construction use, not for aesthetic use. Therefore they are usually stored outside with suppliers and steel mills etc. As a result some surface rust can occur before it even reaches us. This is generally considered harmless as it does not affect the integrity of the steel. As the steel is galvanised, it will take upwards of 50 years to actually corrode through. Hi Mrs Mason, As you are aware, the courier delivered your order to the wrong address. We did have photographic evidence of the delivery, but after investigation with help from yourself, we were able to see that the courier had delivered to the wrong address. As soon as we realised this has happened, we resent your order that very day and had a telephone call from yourself to say they had been delivered to the correct address. We are sorry that the couriers made this mistake. However, we always do all we can to rectify any errors made by couriers. Customer service is of great importance to us. When the order was finally delivered it was one roll of sheeting short which did turn up the next day but when we came to use the product we thought it was a very poor substitute for sheeting very thin wouldn’t take much for it to ripped off the scaffold definitely would not use it again

Unfortunately all couriers, freight and hauliers are struggling at this time, and so orders can be split into 2 deliveries rather than the desired 1 consignment delivery. This, sadly is out of our control. As regards the product. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the sheeting. We sell thousands of scaffolding sheeting every week as a product that is fit for purpose. We have received no complaints regarding this product, but will of course have our quality team check the items. Delivery firm rang on the day to say they couldn’t deliver. Scaffolding direct said it’s not their problem despite ordering over a month ago. They will process a refund though. Not helpful when i needed the boards!!

Hi Mark, We are sorry to hear that you experienced poor communication. Upon checking, we can see that a colleague sent you an email explaining that we did not have the particular tarpaulin you requested and asked you to call to discuss. Alas, we like most companies are experiencing delays to the shipping situation globally. Within that email, we can see that you were offered alternatives. Your order was placed on 19th July and the email offering the alternatives was sent on 20th July. The order was shipped out by 22nd July with DHL, and we can see that DHL did not deliver until 26th July; sadly we are unable to speed the couriers delivery times at present, despite the fact that we pay for next day delivery. We, as most companies, are working in very trying times. We are so very sorry that you feel that our communications were not to your standard, and we will of course look into this. Thanks Delta

Hi Ian, The roll ordered is 2 meters wide. These are folded for delivery purposes. If you would care to open the package you will be pleased to see that the roll has a 2 meter width as in accordance with the descriptions on our websites. I placed my order on 22 February 2021, and was given an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. It is now 15 March 2021 (21 days since ordering) and I have yet to receive my order. The representative on the phone was unhelpful and unable to provide any update as to when my order might be received. I am very dissatisfied with the service on this occasion.

Hi Alison, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the late response. You had placed an order for tanalised timber, for which at the point of order, there was a nationwide shortage. We had unfortunately been suffering delays from the timber mill, therefore we did not want to give you a guaranteed date when you had called. However this has largely been rectified now, and we are holding plenty of stock. I can see that we shipped your order on 15/03/21, and this was delivered on 16/03/21. Waited for over 3 weeks for the equipment, still not recieved any certification for the items, having called and requested after none were supplied on delivery. Still waiting for 1 item and 2 that I can not use so had to hire in for a job.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. I can see that we shipped your order on the following working day after your order was placed, and the entire order was delivered the day after that. At the time of your order, this product (trench struts) did not have a certificate as one is not required for its use. We have since acquired stock that has now been tested. Very poor quality. Stated I had to pay delivery again to return. Not satisfied the netting I bought would be officially passed as debris netting. Had to sell on Facebook to get some money back. A scaffolder also was disgusted at what was being sold as scaffold netting. Was not fit for purpose. Luckily my friend gave me some from an ex job.

Hi Cheryl Thank you for your feedback. We do sell other gsm netting i.e. 60gsm. Our netting is one of our top selling products, and we have always had excellent feedback both from gardening customers and scaffold/construction customers. Unfortunately we were unaware of the purpose of the netting order. If you would have called our customer services before ordering, they would have been happy to advise you on the gsm depending on use. When my order was delivered they left it outside my house without bothering to ring my doorbell. I didn’t discover my order till the next day. The actual delivery was missing items. I emailed them to kept them know about my missing items and nobody replied. AVOID.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delivery issues, we use third party couriers, so would be unsure whether the driver knocked, or if there was no one available at the time of the delivery, etc. With regards to the missing corner bracket kits, these would usually be underneath the tape on the ends of the boards. They are packed this way to protect them during transit. I have emailed you directly with further information regarding this. I apologise that you have not had a response to your email. Due to the Covid situation we have been short staffed, whilst having much larger order volumes. Therefore we have been a bit delayed in responding to incoming enquiries.
