“Product very good, service polite and efficient but we are located at the end of a long narrow drive and specified that delivery vehicle must be 2.9m wide or less. Carrier sent HGV which could not gain access and caused extra effort for us transporting the tubes down the track. Courier was, hpwever, prompt and helpful.”

“I have purchased several of thes 8x4 raised beds and they are great. On this occasion the only fault I could find was with the delivery. There was no prior notification as to when it was arriving, and we were taken by surprise when it suddenly turned up... I was just .getting up. However the driver was very good and put the items exactly where requested. If it wasn't for the lack of notification it would have been 5 stars.”

“Very efficient ordering service and prompt delivery. Discount applied in response to sending in a picture of a previous project. Timber (untreated scaffold boards) was just what I needed for a raised-bed garden system. Slightly disappointed that some of the timber is rather damp, which is problematic for applying plant-friendly linseed oil for water-proofing. But that may be inevitable for timber stored outside, and dried timber would cost much more.”
