“I placed my order on 22 February 2021, and was given an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. It is now 15 March 2021 (21 days since ordering) and I have yet to receive my order. The representative on the phone was unhelpful and unable to provide any update as to when my order might be received. I am very dissatisfied with the service on this occasion.”

Hi Alison, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the late response. You had placed an order for tanalised timber, for which at the point of order, there was a nationwide shortage. We had unfortunately been suffering delays from the timber mill, therefore we did not want to give you a guaranteed date when you had called. However this has largely been rectified now, and we are holding plenty of stock. I can see that we shipped your order on 15/03/21, and this was delivered on 16/03/21. Hi Viv, apologies for this. I can see that you ordered a Poppyforge item which is made to order if out of stock. It states on the website, on the item page: “Our PoppyForge products are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on stock levels. If a product is out of stock it will be made to order, which may result in a slightly longer lead time.” We will contact Poppyforge today and find out what the expected delivery time is on this. “I purchased a couple of raised bed kits from scaffolding direct. The product arrived very quickly with all the parts included. Packaging was good and the delivery firm used were happy to place the kits in my back garden. 5 star service.”

“I asked scaffold direct to select 4 boards with no splits and straight as possible as I was using them for the backs for seating on a patio erea I'm building, the boards they sent were perfect. Excellent service all round”

“Waited for over 3 weeks for the equipment, still not recieved any certification for the items, having called and requested after none were supplied on delivery. Still waiting for 1 item and 2 that I can not use so had to hire in for a job.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review. I can see that we shipped your order on the following working day after your order was placed, and the entire order was delivered the day after that. At the time of your order, this product (trench struts) did not have a certificate as one is not required for its use. We have since acquired stock that has now been tested. “I needed a 6m pole to mount a cb antenna at roof level Scaffolding Direct had a massive choice at very goo prices.. even their delivery courier was more flexible than most willing to move my slot because of local road closures All in all more than happy.. cannot say the same for my mrs now the antenna is up 😁😁”
