“Boards for raised beds were delivered promptly and without problems. But the shorter 1.2m boards were 6mm to 10mm wider than the longer 3m boards, so when I assembled them - I got gaps down the length of the beds. I will now have to line the beds to stop the soil coming out.”

“Firstly the customer services was superb, especially Sean who had to sort out two missing consignments from DX couriers, would have given 5 stars , but need to change their couriers and the third consignment was great from another delivery firm . Eventually got my order and held the job back a least week. Avoid DX couriers at all costs.”

“This was our second order from this company. This time we ordered several raised bed kits. Delivery was very quick although we weren't told when this would be, it just turned up. Also, I feel the delivery charge was a bit steep hence dropping one star.”

“I was very pleased to find all the elements for my raised beds project on one site which was easy to navigate. I was taken aback by the cost of delivery which was calculated at the end. The reason for this became clear when the kit arrived by DX couriers marked overnight. This speed was quite unnecessary. Surely it must be possible to offer a choice of delivery speeds at the end of ordering. Amazon do it! Having said that I am very pleased with the resulting beds.”

“I regularly buy the flame retardant sheeting and am disappointed to see that you’ve changed it to your own brand and took away the flame retardant writing on the sheet. My client likes this. Why has this been taken away please as the price point hasn’t changed. Thanks. Rory.”

“Ordered a fairly large number of "seconds" scaffold boards. Excellent condition when they arrived, excellent vfm. A little quiet on delivery details until nudged, but all good thereafter”

“Product was delivered in good condition and there are no complaints. Main issue was the lack of notice for the delivery. We understood we would have 24th notice. We had a message from delivery firm at 6am in the morning which we didn't see till a call from the driver 10 mins away. As we were having our drive dug up because of an emergency electricity fault it proved a bad day for this delivery. Can I suggest 2 days notice for delivery of such items in future.”

“I've only made a small initial order of the untreated timber boards atm so fingers crossed things run smoothly moving forward - but by contacting ahead of time then it was possible to arrange a specific delivery date at no extra charge which was really helpful; so from a customer service perspective that was great... ...whilst it transpires that the boards are sent loose, which I guess explains the shipping cost - where each board had its own shipping label &, to their notable credit, there was tape around both ends of each board to protect them. The two things that I would note however are that - 1. the boards turned up noticeably quite damp (not just on the surface) - so it's been taking some time to dry them out before anything can be done with them which isn't ideal; esp as the ones ordered were 3m long... ...& so I'm not entirely sure where I could store more of them with a future order... ...though they seem to be holding reasonably true whilst drying. 2. & there is some noticeable edge damage along the length of 2 of the 6 which certainly wasn't in transit - so, whilst I can work around it with these boards, I'll need to have a think about how many to order to try to ensure that I've enough reasonably true edges for the future projects. Yeah, so whilst I can't say that everything's ideal & will have to think through how best to do things in the future for my own needs; I don't think anything's insurmountable & the positives certainly out-weigh the negatives.”
