“Very impressed with the products ordered. Part of the order didn’t arrive as scheduled. When I contacted Scaffolding Direct they sourced and sorted the problem within 10 mins. The problem turned out to be courier issue. The outstanding items were subsequently delivered as indicated by Scaffolding Direct. Would definitely recommend this company. Scaffolding Direct were the only company I could find who had the products I was looking for. Many thanks.”

Hi Mary, Apologies for this. I can see that you ordered a Poppyforge item which is made to order if out of stock. It states on the website, on the item page: “Our PoppyForge products are usually dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on stock levels. If a product is out of stock it will be made to order, which may result in a slightly longer lead time.” I understand you have now since spoken to somebody from our customer services team and have been updated. “The product, two aluminium poles were as described a reasonable price and the service was good.Would have been 5 stars but the carriers they use could do a lot better, the poles were languishing at their local (Rotherham) depot for 3 days and it took 3 phone calls to get them delivered.”

“After placing my order I phoned your company to say they had accepted my order but it was saying currently of stock. I asked them to cancel the order as I needed it quite urgently. I was told they would advise finance and could expect to receive a refund the following week. I ordered a similar item from another supplier. I was quite shocked to actually receive my order even though I had cancelled it. Secondly. customers should be given various postal options instead of a having to pay for the extortionate cost of Fed-Ex delivery.”
