“My order for some scaff clamps was dispatched by Delta Services quickly, but unfortunately the delivery was delayed by DHL, who were unhelpful in sorting the issue out when making contact through their tracking website. Once this problem was raised directly with Delta Services, they responded very quickly to initially chase DHL and then send me a replacement delivery when the original package was declared as lost. The sales team at Delta Services have been very helpful in sorting this problem out and I would not hesitate in placing further orders with them. Many thanks, Richard.”

Hi Richard, We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your goods. I have checked with DHL, and I can see that they attempted to contact you on 3rd September to confirm whether you had received the delivery. Occasionally, the driver may deliver a parcel without completing the scan, so they were trying to establish whether this had happened. Unfortunately, the call was not answered. Had this been reported to us sooner, we would have got straight onto this for you and investigated it with DHL. At this stage, would you prefer us to arrange a replacement or issue you with a credit?
