“Ordered 3 1.5m timber boards to build a table. Arrived promptly and as described. However wood was soaked through with water and virtually unusable. Even after attempting to dry the wood for almost 5 days it literally pours out when drilled into and has started to warp considerably despite clamping into shape.”

“I bought a tall rose tower which appears to be sturdy and of good quality. The package arrived promptly and it was easy to assemble on my own - steps 1 and 2 of the instruction sheet was clear about how to assemble the top half but I found step 3 rather confusing so ignored it and used my common sense instead to finish it. Useful information though on the instruction sheet re how to make sure the tower stays in the ground and about the advisability of painting for rust prevention.”

“The order came very quickly and efficiently, however, I emailed last week to enquire about a return and refund and still no one replied even though I’m sure the website said I should get a response in one business day. There is not a fault with them, they were just ordered incorrectly so I need to return them and have a refund. They are still in their original packaging. I have just sent a further email chasing this.”
