“Top quality reinforced tarpaulins for an unbeatable price. I wish I'd seen these years ago - so much stronger and durable than so-called 'heavy duty' tarps which rarely last more than a year. Excellent service from Scaffolding Direct too - I can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Easy to use website, lower delivery charges than elsewhere, good product price and delivered quickly. Only disappointment was that we ordered 6ft and 5 ft boards for a particular job and the 6ft were 2in short and the 5ft 1in short, which messed up what we were doing, as we were cutting up the 6ft in to three 2ft pieces. They were closer to the metric measurement, so possibly it should give the metric measurement on the website with approx 6ft in brackets, just to bring that to anyone's attention who isn't working in metric!”

“After trying to find a scaffolding board at local DIY stores. I looked on line and found scaffolding direct. I found exactly what I wanted at the same price including delivery as I could get from the local stores. It was delivered quickly and all in all a hassle free transaction. The board looks very sturdy as well.”

“I received 6 packages that were exactly what I ordered and the delivery was within the week after I ordered the goods. High marks for accuracy and delivery. But the carriage is not ideal. I live north of Inverness. The main carriers, maybe fear the unknown, don't dare venture into these northern lands. So a second carrier does the delivery. ( Northern people are less fearful of the wild lands North of Inverness .) For some reason I was not sent a tracking id. When the consignment arrived, one box had two labels, one obviously incorrect but the correct one was on the side of the box). By the time I realised the sixth package was not mine, the delivery van had left. The destination of the incorrect package was local but the phone number was non-existant or ex-directory. I had not noticed who the carrier was so I could not contact either the driver or the depot. Would it not be a good idea to tell the customer how long the delivery will take and disclose who will make the final delivery. Maybe that firm has a phone number and maybe they can contact their driver. If the customer, who is providing the money that keeps the carrier trading, could ring and tell the carrier that at mistake had been made. It might save a great deal of time.”

“We had planned to build some Industrial style custom shelving made from scaffold and boards. Once we had assembled and painted them they turned out far better than we could have hoped for. Scaffolding Direct was a well set out website, very competitive prices, great delivery speed and really good customer service. We will definitely use them again in the future.”

“I ordered scaffolding boards to make a raised bed at my allotment. Great choice of sizes and they were delivered promptly. Only problem was the delivery company would not provide a more accurate eta than between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Not very helpful. Could not plan anything for that whole day.”
