“An item was not delivered, I got in touch to ask them to resend ( i think it was courier error rather than SC's fault) it turned out that I had ordered the wrong thing anyway. This was identified by SC who sent out the correct item the same day.”

Hi John Apologies for this. I can see that 7 parcels were sent out for delivery on 19/04/18, and 6 out of the 7 were delivered on 20/04/18. We have no record of you calling or emailing us to advise us of this so there would be no way of us knowing there was an issue.
