Hi Andrew I'm sorry that you are not happy but according to the tracking I can see delivery was attempted at 17.39 on Saturday, but nobody was available to sign. At 18.49, a request was made for delivery to the local pick up shop, which was done yesterday and goods subsequently picked up at 16.13 Sunday afternoon. If there's anything else please call 0151 678 7997. Thank you Delta
