Hi Sir, We are really sorry the couriers did not deliver the whole order at once. I can see some fixing went missing and our team immediately got you replacements. There was no mention of the quality of timber to our team. We are happy to discuss this will you at any time. Best Regards Savoy Timber

“I had researched the decking boards at outlets near me but they didn't look as good as the ones from Savoy Timber. I had prepared the area they were to go in and pre oiled both sides before laying them. They look great and I am very pleased with them.”

Hi there, I am sorry your delivery was delayed. This is not normal service, I can not see that the order was moved to another day on our system. I can only presume it arrived later that day. We don't give times as the drivers are not able to predict times due to traffic. If goods are missing we are always here to help. I am sorry you didn't get in touch so we could rectify this for you. I have tried to call you but have not had an answer. Best Regards Savoy Timber
