“The door I ordered was cut exactly to the dimensions requested - no trimming required, simply hung the door! Delivery was exactly as advised - no problems and would definitely use again.”

“White work top 1000 x 600 x 30 Arrived as promised, was a little disappointed with the finish as tram lines present in the paint , but as this was for a utility, lived with the defect hence average star rating. I would order again , but would hope QC is looked into prior to item being dispatched👍”

“Quality of product and speed of service was excellent. Shopped around for suitable worktop and Savoy were very good value, even with a fairly large delivery charge. Delivery driver (Savoy employee rather than a courier) was very friendly and polite. Would have no hesitation in using again.”

“Board delivers 3 metres long when ordered cutting service. When complaining told initially it was my fault for not confirming size and then told that this product did not qualify for cutting service even though they took the money on the website. As a result the board was delivered with 3 damaged corners. Delivery driver did not want to wait whilst I opened the package. Resulted in much cutting to try and get a usable product.”

“I was impressed with the whole transaction. I had to phone to check something and had a quick reply. The delivery was as it said. The items were well packed and undamaged. I could not check at the time. I did later and all was at it seems from a cursory glance. The price was so good. The delivery was made by a very helpful chap from Tuffnells and was so good.”
