“Excellent customer service, great website and easy to navigate. When the speedy delivery arrived, I stupidly realised that I got my measurements wrong. I called Savoy to explain my mistake and without a delay, the original order was returned and the correct sizes were replaced and delivered the same day. The quality and price of the wood are excellent, I recommend Savoy Timber every time.”

“Ordered online, quick and easy…had down for delivery but needed the timber before savoy were able too (delivery would have still been ok if no for family party) so went and collected, helpful staff, hassle free. Will definitely use savoy timber again. Very easy to use service and staff genuinely were really helpful”

“Cannot fault savoy Timber, but there delivery firm they use Arrow XL absolutely shocking. Delivered door to a completely different address. Did come back though but door had already been found and collected.”

Hi there, thank you for your review and i am glad you like the product - seems your email was sent to an email address we do not have aftersales@savoytimber.com hence why it was not picked up - you very kindly forwarded the email to our email address info@savoytimber.com this morning so we can see your issue. The kit you purchased is correct and the number of boards you have recieved is correct, i can see that you have not left a 6mm gap between your boards as we state in our instructions this is why you have a gap at the end of your kit, we would suggest you leave this gap for expansion of boards. If you would like us to talk this through with you then please feel free to call or email us and we will call you. I think saying we do not care about our customers is wrong but we hope you enjoy your deck. kind regards Savoy Timber
