“Excellent delivery service Excellent worktop only problem paid for a cut to size and the size incorrect still waiting for refund for the cut. Having said that would definitely use them again”

“Ordered a decking kit, other bits to with it. I ordered online whilst speaking to someone at the Preston branch which enabled me to pay easily but also get the delivery I wanted. All materials were of the standard expected with no faults. There was an excess of screws, coach bolts etc and even a spare deck board. A pleasant change. I would certainly recommend using them.”

“This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Savoy Timber, their service is spot on. I have ordered decking kits on two occasions, the smaller decking was bought over a year ago and we have just built the larger decking.”

“I recently bought some composite decking from Savoy timber along with other associated items. I placed my order on line on thursday evening. I received the items on the following Sunday. I have to say the sevice and qaulity were both excellent and i will definitely consider using Savoy timber again.”

“I was looking for a 3m x 3m decking kit and came across Savoy Timber. The options available and price made it an easy decision. Scott kept me updated on the order and delivery dates, great customer service. Kit arrived and even as a novice took me one day to install following the instructions online. Great product, great service would definitely recommend Savoy and will use again.”

“Ordered 5 fence panels online- within 10 mins the store phoned and offered delivery the same day- this was brilliant for us and really unexpected. Delivery was exactly as asked and the panels are of great quality. Very happy with savoy!”

“Great service, easy transaction from start to finish, delivery guy was really friendly and helpful. “I used to live in Preston so when I moved to kirkham blackpool depot was a bit nearer.. ordered on line and it was ready to collect less than an hour later . Nice staff can’t fault them . Recommend them to anybody.! 10/10”

“I ordered sparkly white kitchen worktops (3 metre x2 lengths) I think that the price was good and the delivery charge of £20 was reasonable, the driver delivered them exactly when promised and helped me carry them in, the only fault was that one of the worktops was cut wavey on both ends, (machine cut?) but in fairness both worktops were longer than the 3 metre so for me it was not such a problem. in summary, I would definitely recommend Savoy Timber and would certainly use them again.”

“Very good service throughout. I was kept informed at all stages as the items were not in stock, and a provisional delivery date suggested. It was fantastic that the goods were delivered some five days sooner than expected. Thank you very much!”
