“I made a called to Savoy to place an order, only to be told for the product I wanted I have to make the order on line??? Why??? I was kept informed as to the progress of the delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery driver to inform me they were 20 minutes away, over all a good experience”

“Website easy to navigate. Decking arrived well within the scheduled time and in good condition. Only criticism is the post charges, but given they are a very localised company and that the boards are bulky I can't complain too much about that.”

“Our folding door was made perfectly for the gap we needed to fill which was not a standard door fit. Only thing I would mention is it would be nice to have a choice of hinges as we got brass hinges but our door handles are silver. Other than that no complaints at all thank you. You did everything you said you would.”

“Very happy with the product, my only slight complaint is there are very vague instructions for ground preparation or supports, as this isn't catered for in the kit I ran out of 100mm screws.”
