“I ordered a premium decking kit which turned up within a week. With good communication preparing me for the delivery. The timber itself and the kit turned out to be fantastic value for the price. Highly recommended!”

“I needed some lengths of treated timber to repair some damaged fence panels. I found the timber on their website and ordered it for "click and collect". I had a phone call after about an hour or so and it was ready to collect, though for my convenience I didn't collect until the next day. Excellent service, reasonably priced and helpful staff!”

“Fantastic service. I had a few issues with my order. The web site had cancelled it. Some of the lengths I had ordered were not available. However the mark of good service is when you have a problem and it gets sorted, fast, and satisfactory. They really delivered on that score. Great on the phone and on the doorstep with the delivery. I will be using them again for my next project.”

“Ordered on line. Was given a delivery date which was not convenient. Rang office and it was no trouble to change day to one that suited better. At last minute I had to change delivery date again. This again was no trouble. What more can I say.”
