“The delivery time was not acceptable for the cost as for the quality i think you picked the worst boards possible to send out to me a new customer damaged on both sides glue all over stains and scratches all over if this is a singe of what you think quality is or should be you should not be in business i recycled the boards at the tip witch is where i guess you get them from in the first place as a Master builder of 10 years there is no way i could use them in any way especially fit them in a customers house buyer beware.”

Hi Mr Uhlyk, I am sorry to hear your not happy with your order. The timescale for the product to arrive is 5 working days and as far as I can see our records indicate your consignment was sent out on time. We have no record of you contacting us, to say your order was late . We have had no contact from yourself to advise us that the goods were sub standard or damaged in any way. We always aim to sort out any problems in a timely manner. If we had been contacted we would have been happy to exchange the goods and we would have also been in touch with our designated courier to find out why the boards had arrived damaged and we would have been able to sort this out for you. I am sorry to hear you have disposed of any evidence that could have been used to sort the situation our in your favour. “Delivery was on the day they promised. Reason this made me happy is I’ve had deliveries in the past from other sellers and took a day off work, only to have them say Italy be the next day.”

“It was a very good produce which looks amazingly now I ha installed it, the only downside was 4 screw heads sheered off so replaced them all with different ones.. otherwise a great product”

“Hi bought 4 louvre doors for client and was very impressed by the quality and service. The doors came primed but don't need a top coat unless you want a different colour and have an excellent satin finish. We'll wrapped and delivered on time, so highly recommended, not cheap but have very satisfied client. Thank you and would definitely re order!”

“I have been a Savoy customer for a number of years and I buy from them every few weeks for my (very) small carpentry business and also diy projects. Savoy has now become my first choice timber supplier. Why? - 1. Range and selection of timber and other products 2. Quality 3. Competitive prices 4.Service. Whenever I order timber for delivery, I firstly get an immediate email confirmation. Then, usually within 24 hours, I get a phone call from Savoy staff, letting me know the delivery date- which they are always happy to change to suit my requirements. They are also happy to arrange for the driver to phone me when he is on his way to deliver my order. Excellent service every time and I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
